Master of Business Administration
The Master of Business Administration (MBA) is a two years study which is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills required to become an effective leader in diverse business contexts. The program acknowledges that contemporary markets are increasingly complex and dynamic in terms of culture and the need for information and communication technologies for success. Moreover, you will become a world class leader who is aware of corporate social responsibility for sustainability and corporate entrepreneurship. The program will help you not only to develop the skills required to become a business leader, but also skills for other organizational roles such as project management.
There are a wide range of careers you may pursue after graduation, such as: Project leader, Change manager, Business developer and Head of operations. The program also prepares you for your further doctoral research endeavors.
At Paradigm College, Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) follows the same pattern with other Master’s of Arts in Business Administration program in terms of the credit hour requirement for your degree. You need to complete 30 credit hours course work and Master’s thesis. However, depending of your personal preference, we have a list of elective courses to make a total of 40 credit hours to align with the Unites States MBA curriculum. The MBA or MA in Business Administration program is organized in 24 credit hours course work and a six credit hours Management Research project. The Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration program is designed to give students the fundamental concepts and practices of Management The program is organized in 120 credit hours course work which includes several seminars, senior essay and senior year internship. They will also get the fundamental knowledge and skills in area of accounting, applied statistics, human resources, business communications, business ethics, business law, business strategy, finance, managerial economics, entrepreneurship, marketing chain supply management and operational management.
A graduate from the department of Management can get employment in a wide range of industries such as in banks, insurance companies, II companies, hospitals as Financial Advisor, Management Analyst, Investment Banker, Finance Manager, Information Technology Manager, Marketing Manager, HR Manager and Business Consultant.

For MA candidates
If you have a Bachelor’s degree in Management, economics, accounting or related business school fields you are the primary candidate. If you have a degree in social science or humanities or other background, you need to keep in mind that you may need to take take few bridging courses to compensate your background academic gap.
For BA candidates
If you would like to join our Bachelor of Arts Degree program in the Department of Management, you should have a diploma, another Bachelor degree or a high school completion certificate with a required passing marks or cumulative grade point average (CGPA). The Total Tuition fee including Thesis for the two years MBA program is ETB 54,500 with our face to face program and ETB******* with our inline program
